Livery
Kedlock House Equestrian offers full and part livery in our modern yard near Cupar in Fife. We have spacious facilities and friendly, knowledgeable staff to give your horse the best possible round the clock care. Our aim is to provide 5* livery for your 5* horse.
Part Livery includes
- 14ft x 14ft rubber matted stables with overhead lighting and automatic water drinkers
- All bedding and hay (hard feed extra)
- Secure, electric fenced individual turn out paddocks
- Access to all facilities including arena
- Turn out in the morning and bringing in at night
- Changes of rugs
- Full muck out
- Feeding
- Horses brought in and held for farrier, vet, dentist, physio etc so no need to leave work!
- Late night checks done and final bed down at 11pm
- Part livery service is 5 days a week with owners responsible for weekends
Extra Services: If Part Livery clients require additional assistance at short notice, we can take in/turn out/ muck out etc on request for a small additional charge.
Full Livery includes everything in part livery, but on a 7 day a week basis, plus full grooming of horse.
Clients have full access to all our facilities and services, including
- 20m x 42m indoor arena with waxed silica sand surface
- Warm water wash bay
- Heated, secure tack room
- Tea and coffee making facilities
- Disabled toilet
- Parking for equestrian vehicles
